Bitrix24 is an online workspace from Bitrix, Inc. that combines CRM, tasks, chat and video calls. Its desktop app runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, mobile apps are on Android and iOS, and the free plan covers one or two users.
Bitrix24 bundles many business tools into one account: CRM, tasks and projects, a team messenger, video calls, online documents and more. It works in the browser, and two kinds of official apps make it easier to use every day.
The desktop app
The Bitrix24 desktop app (also called Bitrix24 Messenger) is available for Windows, Mac and Linux. It focuses on communication:
- Chats and video calls: Call colleagues from a chat in HD video; Bitrix24 says calls are unlimited in duration, even on the free plan.
- External guests: Invite partners and clients without a Bitrix24 account to a video conference.
- Files: Share files and edit documents through Bitrix24 Drive, which keeps changes in sync.
- Notifications: Get alerts for task updates, comments and news feed posts.
The mobile app
The mobile app for Android and iPhone gives access to the wider toolset: CRM leads and deals, tasks with list, Kanban and Gantt views, the messenger, video calls, booking and more, along with an AI assistant for text and call summaries.

- Sign in with your Bitrix24 address, email and password.
Bitrix24 lists its free plan as 100% free for one or two users. Paid plans (Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise) add more users and features. The iOS app currently needs iOS 17.6 or later.
