How to tell OneDownload about a broken download link or outdated information: use the report form on the program’s page.
The fastest way to reach us is the “Link not working? Let us know” form under the download button on every program page. It tells us exactly which page is affected, and reported pages are checked first.
When to use the form
- The download button doesn’t work: the link is broken, the page has moved or the file is gone.
- The download leads somewhere unexpected: for example, the developer’s site now sends you to a different product.
- Something else looks wrong: choose the closest reason; every report makes us re-check the whole page against the developer’s official sources, including version numbers and system requirements.
What happens next
We compare the page with the developer’s official website, release notes or store listing and fix what has changed. Reports are anonymous: the form doesn’t ask for your name or email, and we store only the page address, the reason you chose and the time (see the privacy policy).

If your program is listed and the information is out of date, please make sure the change is visible on your official website or release notes and report the page with the form; we update pages from official sources only. Listings and corrections are free.
