HubSpot is a customer platform whose core CRM is free to use. The official HubSpot app for Android and iPhone is a free download; advanced sales features require paid Sales Hub editions.
HubSpot’s CRM lives in the browser, but sales work rarely happens at a desk. The official HubSpot app puts contacts, deals and tasks on your phone so you can update a record right after a meeting instead of hours later.
What the mobile app covers
- Contacts and history: Look up a contact, see their activity and open tickets, and add notes on the spot.
- Deals and tasks: Move a deal to the next stage, assign tasks and log follow-ups.
- Calling: Call with your HubSpot phone number; caller ID is linked to your CRM records, and call recordings and transcripts can be reviewed in the app.
- Reports: Check dashboards and reports without opening a laptop.
- Breeze Assistant: HubSpot’s AI assistant can summarise an account before a meeting and draft follow-up emails.
Getting started
- Install the app from Google Play or the App Store using the links on this page.
- Sign in with your HubSpot account, or create a free account first on hubspot.com.
- Allow notifications if you want alerts for new tasks and deal changes.
Free CRM and paid hubs
The app itself is free, and HubSpot offers a free CRM that you can use with it. Advanced automation and sales tools belong to the paid Sales Hub editions, so some features you see in the app depend on your subscription. On the iPhone, the current App Store listing needs iOS 17 or later.
HubSpot does not offer a standalone desktop app; on a computer you use it in the browser, and the Sales Hub extension adds HubSpot to Gmail and Outlook. If you prefer a self-hosted CRM that runs on your own server, look at SuiteCRM instead.
Pros
- Works with the free HubSpot CRM
- Calling with CRM-linked caller ID
- Reports and dashboards on the phone
Cons
- No standalone desktop app
- Advanced sales features need a paid Sales Hub plan
